SHAREMAIL SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT

Read the license before use the software ,If dont agree it ,please not to use this software any more.

1.You were licensed to use this software by the author : Hu Wei.
2.Freeware Version . The Freeware version can be used without any payment . It just support 5 private mailbox . If you want to have more mailbox , you must buy a Enterprise Version.
3.Restrictions . You are not allowed to reverse engineer , decompile, or disassemble the software . The Freeware verson cant be used for any bussiness or profit propose if you do not have the written permission of the Author . This license agreement is governed by the laws of P.R.O.China .
4.Distribution . Youre encouraged to distribute Freeware version of ShareMail . Enterprise version cannot be distributed at all . This software cannot be resold or used in any profit-generating activities, including, but not limited to, distributing ShareMail as part of commercial products, or in support of commercial
services, without the author?s expressed written permission.
5.Disclaimer of Warranty . There is no warranty or claim of fitness or reliability. The program is distributed AS IS, and the author shall not be held liable for any loss of data, down time, loss of revenue or any other direct or indirect damage or claims caused by this software.
